Conditions and period of occupancy

• extra bed cost is 600 baht per night with breakfast
• All room types non smokng room
• Safety boxes available at the reception desk only
• Extra breakfast for child ( 3-12 ) 180 baht / person
• Additional guest will be charged extra 100 baht per night per time not include extra bed and breakfast
• Generally, check-in time is 2.00 pm ,check-out time is 12.00 noon
• Late check-out after 12.00 pm charge 50 % from room rate
• After 6.00 pm Attracts 100 % addition charge.

Cancellation and No show policy

• No show
  
  • In the event that there is no show , deposit will be automatically charged.
  • No show , shortening stay or early check-out one night will be charged only on period of *Low Season ( 21 April to 31 October )
  • 2 nights will be additional charged on the period of *High Season.
  • 3 nights will be additional charged on the period of *Peak Season
• Shortening stay and early check-out 1 night will be additional charged on the period of *High Season and 3 nights will be charge on the period of *Peak Season ( 16 December to 15 February )
• For cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival , the deposit will be non refundable and 1 night will be charged on Peak Season.
• If the booking is canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival no charge.
